Logisitc Global (Export) - Handling Export&Import shipments for different units and different types of Inco- terms for all modes of shipments. Taking the quote from CHA/ freight forwarder for import and export. Handling of Pre-Shipment&Post Shipment documents of Import and Export. Should be able to pass Checklist of Bill of entry. Arrangement of Customs duty payment to CHA/freight forwarders. Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. Handling of Freight, Customs clearance and invoice follow up with CHA / Freight Forwarder.Prepare&Update logistics-related monthly reports. Follow up with finance for overdue payment. Managing the import and export operations, keeping compliance with custom laws, notifications, tariffs, EXIM policy and procedures, rules and guidelines. Follow up for all export&import shipments with CHA/freight forwarders with in time customs clearance. Follow up with purchase&PPC department for shipment status.
