Contracts Manager (m/f), Vadodara in Vadodara, Gujarat

Your tasks:
- Act as subject matter expert providing contractual and business advice relating to contract terms and conditions
- Create or update and maintain forms, templates and other materials used to manage and document the company’s agreements, and used as drafting/negotiation tools
- Communicate contractual and business risks to senior/executive management for approval
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and administration and maintenance of documentation
- Draft new agreements and addendums, prepare and manage various types of contractual documents as needed for a variety of business purposes
- Manage renewals and amendments to existing vendor agreements
- Review contracts to manage risk and ensure the company is capable of meeting obligations
- Administer, negotiate, amend, and terminate contracts as requested by internal stakeholders
- Draft and negotiate agreements and other documents such as client contracts, amendments, schedules, nondisclosure agreements and other standard legal documents such as forms and customer account applications
- Draft, negotiate and manage agreements based on existing templatesincluding non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, master services  agreements, statements of work, schedules and exhibits
Your skills:
- Must be very comfortable with PC technology
- Knows how to work smarter, not just harder
- Unquestioned integrity and honesty
- Excellent communication and discretion in dealing with important and sometimes sensitive issues
- Process oriented, to get tasks completed quickly and efficiently
- Attention to detail
